Castoff

Castoff is India Ink and pastel art.  The light soft approach with the color from pastel was a conscious choice.  It allows the ink art to hold the entire picture together like a true drawing.  Notice the bow of the boat.   This is only the second of Bill's drawings that has the subject stretch beyond the picture's boarder.
